GetsDay · Time Attendance Service
Support
GetsDay is provided by Micware Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.
Are you an employee using GetsDay at work? Start with your own organization. Your employer sets up GetsDay, decides the attendance rules, and holds your employment records — we cannot change them for you.
1. If you are an employee
Contact your HR department, attendance administrator, or system administrator first for anything about:
- Attendance records, check-in and check-out times, or a missed punch.
- Leave, overtime and work-from-home requests, balances, or approvals.
- Shifts, rosters, and company holidays.
- Your account, your work email address, or your role and permissions.
- Approved work locations and geofence rules.
- Correcting your personal or employment data, or a request under the Personal Data Protection Act.
Employee accounts are created and managed by your organization, not by Micware, so your administrator is the fastest and usually the only route for these. See the Privacy Policy for how privacy requests are handled.
2. If you administer GetsDay for your organization
Contact us directly for:
- Problems signing in, or an app that will not load or crashes.
- Errors, incorrect calculations, or behaviour that looks like a defect.
- Company setup, configuration, and data import.
- Subscription plans, invoices, and billing.
- Security concerns and suspected unauthorized access.

4. What to include in a support request
These let us reproduce a problem instead of asking for them first:
- Your organization name.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The date and time the problem occurred, and your time zone.
- Device and operating system, for example iPhone 15 / iOS 18, or a browser and version.
- The app version, shown in the mobile app under Settings › About.
- A screenshot or screen recording, with anything confidential removed.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full identification document images. We will never ask for your password.
